Guest Services
We have a Guest Reception open 7 days a week to help you check in. Our reception team will be delighted to answer your questions on arrival. After our Guest Reception closes you can still check in by using our secure key boxes.
Reception opening times are:
Monday to Friday: 9 am until 7 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12 pm until 6 pm
Guests can check in from 3 pm normally. You can drop your bags free of charge any time after 1pm or pay for a full early check in from 1 pm.
Optional Extras
We offer the following Optional Extras for guests:
1. Early bag drop: this is free by prior arrangement. Please call us on 00 44 1904 639923
2. Parking: this is charged per night. Parking is limited so please book this in advance when you book your apartment.
3. Early Check In: you can book an early check in from 1pm. Please book this when you book your apartment.
4. Late Check Out: you can stay up until 12pm on the day of departure. Please book this when you book your apartment.
